The Organizing Committee would like to thank everyone for the proposals submitted. The Scientific Committee of the Conference is carefully reviewing all these proposals and, according to the announced schedule, we are currently in the process of finalizing the evaluation of the proposals.
Due to the large number of proposals submitted, although the process of sending personalized emails has been initiated (for those of which the Scientific Committee’s evaluation is completed), but it will take a few more days past November 15th, 2025 to reach everyone who submitted a proposal.
Everyone who has submitted a proposal will receive such an email, informing them of the Scientific Committee’s decision on whether or not their proposal has been accepted to be presented at our conference (we also recommend checking the spam folders of your email programs).
